Welcome to Howell Taxidermy. My name is Laura Howell, NC Licensed Taxidermist.  My shop is  located in Waynesville, NC in the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains.

 

A few years after receiving my degree in Fish and Wildlife Management  in 1985 I began my career in taxidermy.  With over 35 years of experience,  I'm thankful to  have a thriving business doing what I love.  If I'm not in the shop you will find me somewhere outdoors! My husband and I spend our spare time hunting, fly fishing, horseback riding and camping.
